The Welsh Assembly Government is the National Assembly's government wing similar to the way the Scottish Government is to the Scottish Parliament. The Assembly Government propose to the National Assembly "Assembly Measures" which are Primary Legislation in Wales similar to Acts. They also draft Statutory Instruments based on the Assembly Measures. Sometimes this body also drafts Legislative Competency Orders but other Assembly Members can also.
