Wales > Constitutional law

In Welsh law, a Legislative Competency Order is an Order in Council that transfers legal powers to the National Assembly for Wales. Each LCO will contain the details of what "Assembly Measures" are to be passed. This legislation makes up the majority of Constitutional law in Wales, next to the main constitutional laws Government of Wales Act 1998[1] and the Government of Wales Act 2006[2].
