Jurispedia:On the contents of the articles
From Jurispedia
This is a page for discussing what should be in (and not be in) Jurispedia articles. At this time it is open to debate because the project is just getting off the ground and what and how the project should be organised is unclear. Articles can be written on many topics, here are some areas that need clarity:
- Biographic articles
- There is no biographic article layout boilerplate for contributors to follow. How should these articles be laid out?
- Country articles
- Many of the country articles have a common boilerplate text posted on the page. However most of these pages otherwise have no content. There has been no debate about whether the current format is a good idea or not, or even if it works for every country. Is the current format good, can it be improved?
- Definition articles
- There are a number of definition articles that act as key starting points for readers. They will have corresponding category pages too. Should these articles have a particular layout to help the reader?
- General articles
- There are several general articles that serve to introduce the reader to various topics. How should these articles be presented?
