Islamic law

Islamic law included principales, rules, and precepts dealing with the environment and pollution problems in general and with various aspects of the environment in particular.This may appear surprising or astonishing for many since the movement to protect the environment and combat pollution is rather recent.

In fact, Islamic Law includes original rules dealing with environmental and pollution problems and it incorporates conventional (treaty) and customary principles and rules dealing with such matters as Islamic Law, the Sari'ah, accepts as valid treaties to which Islamic states are parties and accepts customary rules and principles which do not run contrary to the basic principles and rules of the Shari'ah.


The incorporation of rules and principles of international law dealing with the protection of environment and cobating pollution and the resposibility of states .
