Canada
Business Law (sometimes known as commercial law) regulates business and commerce. Business law includes law of contracts, corporate law, securities law, labour and employment law, bankruptcy law, consumer protection law. Business law deals with private law in sense that it regulates the relationship between entrepreneurs and legal entities, as well as with public law, because this relationship is often regulated by the government.
